Good habits, Bad habits...
Habits are a funny thing - you do them without even thinking. Which makes them either easy to live with or hard to live with. If you have a good habit - going to bed early, exercising, or eating your vegetables - they make you healthier so they are easy to live with. But if you have bad habits - too much sugar, staying up late, smoking - well those can all make you sick so they are hard to live with - right.
Part of the reason I write and I reflect is because I have a curiosity with generations past. And while I don't have an ego that thinks anyone other than my family will be interested in me specifically, I do think as a collective whole my generation may be of interest to the future.
So with that in mind - write today. What are your habits - good and bad? Are there any that may be 'extinct' in the future. For instance Lattes - will we still be drinking Lattes 200 years from now? Maybe - Starbucks certainly hopes so! Do you have to have yours everyday?
